I’d like to introduce you to my second son, Edward David. Teddy was born last week and we couldn’t be happier. He weighed in at almost 3.5kg and has a hell of a set of lungs on him!
He came home with us after a couple of nights in hospital.
I’m taking a month off work to spend time with him, my wife and our toddler. This will give me lots of time to get to know our new addition and hopefully some time to attempt some new cooks/bakes.
We’ve been binge watching Great British Bake Off on Netflix so I’m feeling inspired. The first thing I’m going to attempt are some rye crackers. Something I’ve had in mind for a while. We’ve also just bought Chetna Makan’s book, The Cardamon Trail, which should bring some great ideas.
